Planning Ahead

During the early sill repair and wiring we decided to cut a hole in the floor to get at the top of our foundation. We carefully calculated the ideal spot for the hole - between two floor joists at the back of the future closet. We cut the hole but decided a week later to reverse the stair direction - placing the hole in the floor at the bottom of the stairs. Almost three months later it's finally fixed.
